shipping policy

All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account on holidays or non-business days. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is processed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS   

return & exchange policy

We truly hope that you are 100% happy with your Sofie's Lashes!

Due to sanitary/health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If your items are defective you must notify us WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS of receiving your lashes with proof to be eligible for a refund/exchange. We inspect all product prior to shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. When returning, we recommend using a traceable service such as USPS. Keep your tracking information available in case it is needed.
